This is our first annual Teddy Bear Tea to benefit CASA of Tulare County. This is an event I have been wanting to put on for the last 10 years. CASA or Court Appointed Special Advocates is a wonderful organization which is composed of volunteers who are many times the abused childs only voice in court. We hope to see you at this fun event.
